That the printer in the office is also a scanner?

On the left hand side of the display there are 4 buttons with the options:

1.copier

2.document server

3. printer

4. scanner

Choose the 4th option.  You can manually enter the email address of the destination of your document.  If you are emailing it to yourself, you can locate and choose your name from the list of email addresses that are already entered into the copier.

Position the document that you want to scan and hit the green button.  You can scan multiple documents, just hit the # button when you are done scanning and it should send the email out with your attachments.

The email will show up in your inbox from the sender “no reply” and with “no subject.”  Click on this email and locate your scanned document(s) as an attachment.
